Description
In partnership with Salt & Light and CRIS Healthy Aging, Illinois Extension is offering a free program at Salt & Light's Small Outbuilding (1813 Philo Rd, Urbana, IL, 61802) on Tuesday, December 2, from 10 - 11 AM. Studies show more than 20% of adults in the United States feel lonely, isolated, or both. This program explores social isolation and strategies for overcoming its challenges, as well as ways to stay connected with others. This program is free, but registration is required.
