At The Miliare Group | Endurance, we’re looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to join our team of financial professionals. As a financial strategist, you will help individuals and families achieve financial security. We offer a part-time flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Educate clients on financial strategies, products, and services
• Customize solutions to help families and businesses reach their financial goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Work with a network of over 190 A-rated financial companies to provide unbiased, non-captive solutions
• Receive hands-on training in leadership, financial planning, and business development

Additional Requirements:

• Applicants must successfully pass a background check before moving forward.
• There is a 4-week probationary period where performance will be evaluated. A final offer will be made upon successful completion of this period.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Willing to pay for and pass state exam for their license
