Calling all cheese lovers! Participate in milk’s leap into immortality. This class is designed for novice and experienced cheese lovers. Bart Basi and the expert cheesemongers from Cheese & Crackers shop will take you on a culinary journey from the artisanal producers of the United States through the ancient traditional cheeses of Europe. Learn some of every cheese’s story and enjoy pairings with dried fruits, exotic nuts, and chutney.
