Tax Credit Workshop for Small Business Owners

Description

Public Act 101-0001 creates the Minimum Wage Credit that may be used against Illinois withholding income tax payments. For tax quarters beginning Jan. 1, 2020 and ending Dec. 31, 2027, each employer with fifty or fewer full-time equivalent employees during the reporting period may claim a credit for each qualified employee, in an amount equal to the maximum credit available.
