We are located in the historic Lincoln Building in downtown Champaign, across from Kuhns men’s clothing store and Jupiter’s Pizza. We are two blocks from the main bus terminal.
Our offices are on the 4th floor and have elevator access.
Parking is available on the street or in a lot across from our office. Meters are enforced until 9pm on weekdays. (Remember your quarters!)

Teen Anger Management Open House Thursday April 19, 6pm Group begins May 3, 2012 (Thursday) at 6pm-7:30pm •This group will teach skills such as emotional regulation, reflection and mindfulness so you can to more effectively cope with angry impulses. •It will assist members in distinguishing the difference between appropriate assertiveness and aggression. •You will learn to identify true sources of the anger, including the underlying thoughts and emotions that maintain and escalate your anger responses. •Open group allows members to start immediately quickly begin applying their skill set. •Members receive a certificate of completion upon attendance of eight sessions.
