We are located in the historic Lincoln Building in downtown Champaign, across from Kuhns men’s clothing store and Jupiter’s Pizza. We are two blocks from the main bus terminal.
Our offices are on the 4th floor and have elevator access.
Parking is available on the street or in a lot across from our office. Meters are enforced until 9pm on weekdays.

Description
The ultimate goal of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is to help the participants to "create a life worth living" by focusing on changing the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to life's challenges. The DBT program consists of a DBT Skills Training Group and regular individual therapy sessions. If you already have a therapist prior to joining the group, you may continue to see him or her for individual therapy. In between individual sessions and skills training classes,the therapists are available for support to provide "real life" coaching of the skills in your day to day life. There will be an open house for the DBT Program on March 8, 2012 from 12pm to 1pm at Kevin Elliott Counseling. The group will begin on March 15, 2012 from 12pm to 1:30pm and will run for 16 weeks.
