Description
Register NOW and take steps to fight homelessness by participating in the C-U at Home One Summer Day Grocery Cart Walk. You can help raise funds and awareness for seven local organizations that help the homeless. Businesses, families, churches and other groups are encouraged to participate. Start raising your pledged support now! Representatives from Austin's Place, C-U at Home, TIMES Center, Daily Bread Soup Kitchen, The Canteen Run, Restoration Urban Ministries, and St. Jude Catholic Worker House will be present to share and answer questions. This event will be held rain or shine., Saturday, June 30th from 9-11am at Hessel Park, 1401 Grandview Dr, (off of Kirby between Prospect & Neil), in Champaign.
