Discover the essential skills and knowledge for safe and effective administration of local anesthesia in dental hygiene practice. Discuss the integration of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology as they relate to the administration of local anesthesia. Clinical sessions with Liz Jinks are included to develop competency and confidence in the techniques of administering local anesthesia. The online instruction must be completed prior to the lab session.
