Leadership 2.0 transforms good leaders and teams into GREAT leaders and teams.
Each session utilizes self-awareness processes that help you understand your personality, the personality of individuals in your team.
This program teaches simple, easy to remember and use tools to strengthen capacity and improve effective: Communication, Time Management, Influence, Collaboration, and Execution.
This program is a hybrid event. You may choose to be in person, via Zoom or a combination of the two. In-person will be held at the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.

Liberation as a Lifestyle - Learn simple tools to become one of the best leaders in the world. Liberating Leaders fight for the highest possible good in the lives of those they lead.
March 31
Discovering Your Leadership Voice - Understand your communication style, strengths and potential challenges of people on the other side of you.
April 7
Mastering Effective Communication - Crack the communication code between you and others by learning and understanding the different styles of communication.
April 14
Maximizing Influence - Learn the true power of your influence in all relationships.
April 21
Becoming Present and Productive - In a time starved world it's more important than ever to quickly connect with others. Lean how to shift to the right gear, at the right time, to get things done.
Location
This program is a hybrid event. You may choose to be in person, via Zoom or a combination of the two. In-person will be held at the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber complies with the state mandate and asks that members follow the CDC guidelines and/or state mandate at Chamber functions. While masking is now optional, please remember that people will have different comfort levels as we return to in-person events. Handshaking and standing close may still make people uneasy.
So, we ask that all participants be respectful of each other. Bring your best fist bump, reconnect and enjoy.
