Do you suffer from chronic hip pain or tight hip muscles? Hip problems are often a result of our movement habits, but we can change those habits for improved hip health. Join Restorative Exercise Specialist Rachel Hills to learn ways to restore and maintain hip health. We’ll focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles that support the hips, on movements that increase bone density, and on lifestyle changes that help prevent hip problems.
