The Chamber's next Business Success Seminar will focus on: FACES OF CHANGE - Understanding and Managing Generations in the Workplace.

There are currently four generations working together in the workplace and they each have their own style of leadership and communication. How will you equip yourself to better manage your employees and retain your top performers?

This training will help you better understand and manage generational differences and leverage the diversity in your organization to reach new levels of success.

The cost to attend for Chamber members is $39; for non-members, $59. Refunds will not be given for cancellations, although substitutions of individuals can be made.
