Eric Ferguson, GPHR, SPHR:
With over 20 years experience in Human Resources Management Eric serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at University of Illinois, in which he works from home.  He has a global certification in HR as well as the Senior Professional HR certification. Eric previously managed business operations for Manpower, a role where he had to learn ways of being able to work from where he was at and manage remote teams. 
 
Mandi Simeone, MBA is the Human Resources and Recruiting Manager at Wolfram.  She possesses 19 years in both employee relations and management and is well versed in; resolving conflicts, HR compliance, talent recruitment and retention.  Mandi has significant experience managing remote employees as well as working remotely herself.
