Recruiting is more than posting a job and waiting for the perfect candidate to apply. It’s having employees just in time! This seminar will cover the basic recruiting lifecycle from Planning and Strategy through the Interviewing and Qualification stages. We will use discussion and interaction to draw out best practices and examine difficult scenarios while remembering legal compliance.
Cost to attend for members is $29 for an individual session or $99 for the entire Back-to-Basics series.
Cost to attend for non-members is $49 for an individual session or $165 for the entire Back-to-Basics series.
