David Krchak from Thomas, Mamer, & Haughey, LLP will be presenting an excellent primer course on employment law, starting with a brief overview of several critical topics for business owners and employees to understand and then moving on to focus on new developments and changes to current laws and regulations. Topics that will be covered include discrimination, retaliatory discharge, wage-hour issues, non-competes and employee handbooks. Anticipated changes to FLSA regulations and the new emphasis on the distinction between independent contractors and employees will also be discussed.

Cost to attend for members is $29 for an individual session or $99 for the entire Back-to-Basics series.
Cost to attend for non-members is $49 for an individual session or $165 for the entire Back-to-Basics series.
