Description
Fulfill 75 of the required 90 hours of pre-license education with this state-approved course taught by Harrison Strange. Topics include Illinois real estate license law and rules; Illinois law specific to real estate ownership, rental, and transfer; and federal law, including fair housing, anti-trust, and common law. Books will be available the first class meeting.
