Broker Pre-License Principles
Description
Fulfill 15 of the 90 hours of pre-license education with this state approved course taught by Harrison Strange. This interactive course allows you to: apply what you learned in the 75-hour Broker Pre-License Topics (WBT 815/RES 750); practice dealing with buyers and sellers in a safe environment using the laws and rules reviewed in RES 750; receive useful insight and practical awareness of the proper application of the laws and rules. Prerequisite: RES 750.
