The Chamber's Afternoon Session Business Success Seminar will focus on: Service to Sales & Generate Customer Interest

Part 1: Service to Sales
You have the responsibility for recognizing selling opportunities in customer service situations. Your role is to guide the customer to additional purchases of services and merchandise. In this way, you make sure that the customer is satisfied, and you also build additional business for your organization.

Part 2: Generate Customer Interest
Working in a typically short time frame, your challenge is to get the customer to talk to you so you can be a partner in finding them a solution. Your goal is to guide the customer to the solution they need. By asking the right questions, you put the customer at ease and provide them with an efficient, focused buying experience.

The cost to attend is $57 for Chamber members ($99 for morning and afternoon sessions) and $74 for non-members ($129 for morning and afternoon sessions). Refunds will not be given for cancellations, although substitutions of individuals can be made.
