This training is to certify mediators in Illinois. Discover a deeper understanding of the different types of conflict through presentations, role-play scenarios, case histories, and demonstrations of disputes and resolutions with Joy George. Learn different approaches to resolving disagreements in areas such as employment and business disputes, elder disputes, veteran disputes, neighbor-to-neighbor, divorce/family, contract disputes, and more.
