Your plates and table presentations get the finishing touch of a professional with garnishes you will make using newly learned knife skills. Amanda Perez-Rosser demonstrates and then you practice the delicate techniques for creating great garnishes that will surprise you and impress your dinner guests.
Prerequisite: Knife Skills or equivalent experience.
