ACE - Champaign County Leadership Program

The Champaign County Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring back our Champaign County Leadership Development Program for area young professionals. 

The program (called "ACE") aims to mold young professionals into strong local leaders. Participants will gain confidence, knowlege, professionalism and leadership skills they can bring back to their place of employment. The program is a great way to connect young professionals with their peers and build strong business relationships.

The nine week program will feature speakers each week lecturing on a variety of work-related topics from the Meyer Briggs Type Indicator Test to leadership management skills to social media to the impact of young professionals in the workplace. Lecturers include professors from the University of Illinois and Parkland College; former Senator Rick Winkel and several leading businesspeople. Scheduled activities include a leadership challenge course at Allerton Park and an etiquette luncheon.
