The Champaign Urbana Schools Foundation will celebrate accomplishments of five of our public high school alumni on Saturday, April 11 at the 2015 CUSF Alumni Recognition Gala at the Hilton Garden Inn in Champaign. Three different awards will be presented: Distinguished Alumni Award, Local Business Community Impact Award and the Local Hero Award.
The 2015 Distinguished Alumni honorees are Eleanor Nelson Conrad, Champaign High School graduate, class of 1942 and Charles Middleton, Urbana High School, class of 1963. Ed Clancy, of Berns, Clancy & Associaties, 1961 graduate of Urbana High School; and Scott Miller, owner of MAS Restaurant, Inc./McDonald’s, 2002 Centennial High School graduate will both receive Local Business Community Impact Awards. Nicole Bridges, Central High School graduate, class of 1999 will be awarded the Local Hero Award.
