DESCRIPTION:The landscape of work has changed dramatically\, and HR has been called upon to step in\, lead and drive the efforts to be people-first. It's time to show how HR is relevant\, necessary\, useful and proactive. This workshop will explore new and fresh approaches to make this transition in becoming a people-centric organization. Steve Browne\, SHRM-SCP is the Chief People Officer of LaRosa's\, Inc. and lives out the heart of HR on a daily basis. He also has testified on behalf of SHRM before Congress and has lead advocacy efforts at the state and national levels.
