The group provides a platform to share experiences\, address common challenges\, and gain insights from fellow entrepreneurs. Occasional expert-led sessions offer additional perspectives on pertinent topics.\n\n\nEligibility Criteria\n\nBusiness Ownership:\n\n\n	Must be the owner or co-owner of a small business.\n	Solopreneurs (businesses without employees) are not eligible.\n\nBusiness Size:\n\n\n	Employs between 2 and 30 full-time employees (excluding the owner).\n	Meets the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards relevant to their industry.\n\nIndustry Exclusivity:\n\n\n	Only one business per industry is permitted to ensure a diverse range of perspectives and avoid direct competition.\n	Industry classification will be determined based on the primary NAICS code of the business.\n\nChamber Membership:\n\n\n	Must be a current member in good standing with the hosting business association.\n\nCommitment to Participation:\n\n\n	Strongly encouraged to attend at least 8 of the 12 monthly meetings annually.\n	Actively engage in discussions and contribute to a supportive peer environment.\n\nConfidentiality and Conduct:\n\n\n	Agree to uphold the group's code of conduct\, ensuring a respectful\, non-judgmental space.\n	Maintain confidentiality of all shared information to foster trust and openness.\n\nContribution to Group Dynamics:\n\n\n	Willingness to facilitate discussions or assist in organizing guest speaker sessions periodically.\n	Share relevant experiences and insights to enrich group learning.
