DESCRIPTION:The Junior League of Champaign-Urbana (JLCU) will be holding the event Juleps and Junior League at Jupiters at the Crossing on Saturday\, May 3 from 4pm   7pm. The event will have a silent auction\, off track betting\, featured drinks such as mint juleps\, 50/50 raffle and light appetizers. \n\n\n\nTickets can be purchased in advance for $25 at http://www.juniorleaguecu.org/?nd=juleps2013 or at the door for $30. Derby attire is encouraged as there will be a "Best Hat" contest during the event. \n\n\n\n"Kennedy Builders is proud to sponsor JLCU's Juleps & Junior League Kentucky Derby fundraising event. The organization has filled critical gaps in community services for 82 years. You have to respect the impact of that. We are long-time supporters of the Junior League mission and extend our best wishes to JLCU as they prepare to launch 'Junior League Bright Starts' kindergarten readiness project."
