Experience nature\, culture\, music\, and community as they come together in this unique venue to create lasting memories. \n\n\n\nIrish Fest will feature The Shanties and The Tannahill Weavers. \n\n\n\n$5/person or $10/family\, suggested donation (at the gate) \n\n\n\nFood + drinks available for purchase: \n\nDragon Fire Pizza \n\nFusilli Tony's Italian Food \n\nNitroCup \n\n\n\nAbout the bands: \n\nThe Shanties "new Irish" music is filled with rocked-up Irish favorites\, old\, new\, and originals. The focus is the up-tempo rowdier melodies with pop Irish influence from Solas\, Gaelic Storm\, Great Big Sea\, and Flogging Molly. The blended singing and instrument sounds of fiddle\, mandolin\, whistle\, guitar\, and the Irish (drum) bodhran create their unique sound. \n\n\n\nThe Tannahill Weavers celebrate their 50th anniversary this year\, and they are one of Scotland's premier traditional bands. Their diverse repertoire spans the centuries with fire-driven instrumentals\, topical songs\, and original ballads and lullabies. Their music demonstrates to old and young alike the rich and varied musical heritage of the Celtic people. These versatile musicians have received worldwide accolades consistently over the years for their exuberant performances and outstanding recording efforts that seemingly can't get better yet continue to do just that. \n\n\n\nConcerts may be cancelled or postponed due to weather.
