She is a Certified Business Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant\, through The Protocol School of Washington in Washington\, DC. Reutter holds an Ed.M. with an emphasis in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign\, where she is Program Director and Professor of Hospitality Management.\n\n\n\nLunch will be provided at both seminars.\n\n\n\nCost for the series is $69.00 for Chamber members and $99.00 for non-members.
