DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Wednesday\, May 4 at 11:00 am for a celebratory groundbreaking for the new apartment complex 28 East Green Street\, located at 28 E. Green Street\, Champaign\, IL 61820. Refreshments and lunch will be served after the groundbreaking ceremony.\n\n\n\n28 East Green Street will bring chic\, contemporary\, air conditioned student apartment housing just a short walk from the Main Quad of the University of Illinois. Students will enjoy fabulous amenities that include a state of the art fitness center\, beautifully appointed outdoor lounge and recreational spaces\, modern indoor lounge and leisure spaces as well as numerous study lounges. Apartments will range from 1-4 bedrooms and will be completed in August of 2023.\n\n \n\nPlease note: The Chamber complies with the state mandate and asks that members follow the CDC guidelines and/or state mandate at Chamber functions. While masking is now optional\, please remember that people will have different comfort levels as we return to in-person events. Handshaking and standing close may still make people uneasy.
