SUMMARY:Chamber Breakfast - Millennials Are From Mars (But We Aren't From Venus!)
DESCRIPTION:All breakfasts will be held at CityView Banquet & Meeting Center on the fourth floor of the Illinois Terminal Building.\n\n\n\nThis will be the first breakfast of the Fall Breakfast Series.\n\n\n\nWhy are Millennials leaving their jobs earlier and more frequently than other generations?\n\nWhile they have been sensationalized in the media\, the truth is there are very practical ways to lead them and engender loyalty. They are the most advanced and most educated generation of all time.\n\n\n\nHarvesting and harnessing that power for people's businesses is of paramount importance to their success. So why do they leave? And how do we make them want to stay?\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\nSince 2015\, Jude Kiah has served as Assistant Vice President for Auxiliary Services in the Division of Financial Administration at Xavier University in Cincinnati\, OH.
