DESCRIPTION:C-U at Home One Winter Night takes place on Friday\, February 6\, 2015\, in downtown Champaign. It's a powerful community awareness and fundraising event to help the homeless where community leaders and others spend 12 hours outside in a cardboard box. This year we will have a specific emphasis on education with a full slate of presentations discussing various issues related to homelessness to be held in the City Council Chambers on the corner of Neil and University. The event will take place from 6pm Friday until 6am Saturday. There are four different ways for you to be involved. \n\n\n\n1) Be a box dweller and sleep in a cardboard box for 12 hours. \n\n2) Be a business sponsor and show your support of our efforts to help the homeless. \n\n3) Volunteer for One Winter Night by delivering refreshments\, working at a donation table\, helping with set up or tear down\, or waving a sign. \n\n4) Donate to help support our efforts for one more year. All donations are tax-deductible.
