She has successfully grown the brands of Fortune 500 companies like Meow Mix\, Milk-Bone\, Butterball\, Del Monte\, Silk\, Horizon Organics and Keebler. Melissa is a founding member and serves on the board of directors for Building Up\, a Women's Mentoring Organization\, and is the sponsorship chair for the Jeanine Nicarico Memorial Fund.
