DESCRIPTION:Webinar Summary\n\nThis webinar will provide support how to help recognize when you or someone you know might be struggling to manage stress in the eye of the crisis.  It will provide an overview of responses to heightened awareness\, increased anxiety and stress\, depression and loneliness.  This training will equip people with the tools and resources to appropriately and healthily manage stress during these new life circumstances.  It will highlight the importance of mental health in the midst of a pandemic\, led by experts in behavioral health services.  The audience will gain an understanding of how to recognize stressors and coping techniques that can make all the difference.  Learn self-care tips and tricks\, and how to best support others during a time of uncertainty.   \n\n \n\nExperience Level: Intro\n\n\n\nCo-presenters:\n\nGail Raney\, MPA\n\nGail is Administrator at Rosecrance Central Illinois.  She has a Master's degree in Public Administration.  Gail has worked in behavioral healthcare for 18 years\, with a focus on substance use disorders.     \n\n \n\nRuss Mullett\, M.Ed.\, LCPC\n\nRuss Mullett is a mental health therapist at Rosecrance Central Illinois\, working with children\, adolescents\, and adults.  He has a Bachelor's Degree in psychology from The University of the South in Sewanee\, Tennessee and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois.  Russ is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.  Before coming to Rosecrance in 2012\, Russ worked at Cunningham Children's Home in their residential program for 27 years\, working with children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional issues.      \n\n \n\nRosecrance:\n\nRosecrance is a leading provider of behavioral health services with nationally recognized addiction treatment programs.
