DESCRIPTION:Summary:  \n\nAre you ready for Illinois new sexual harassment training requirements that are effective January 1\, 2020?  The Illinois' Workplace Transparency Act requires ALL employees must complete sexual harassment training in 2020.   Certain employers\, including bars and restaurants\, must provide training in the first week of employment.\n\n \n\nEric and Joe will provide an overview of best practices for sexual harassment training and investigation as well as an overview of the requirements of the act.  Leave with actionable tools that will help protect your business\, employees\, customers and you.\n\n \n\nSeminar info level:  Beginner\n\n \n\nPresenters:  \n\n	Eric Ferguson\; GPHR\, SPHR-  Possessing over 20 years experience in HR and serves the Talent Acquisition Partner at University of Illinois.  In a previous role he was the Branch Manager for Manpower in Champaign and Rantoul Eric where he greatly expanded his width and breadth of knowledge.  \n	Joe Siedenburg\; SPHR\, SCP - With 14+ years of experience in HR Joe is the Human Resource Manager at Beauty Quest Group\, formerly Conair Corporation.
