Hosts are still responsible for providing food & beverages and any other expenses that may be incurred because of the event. Hosting fees are put into place because these are highly sought after hosting opportunities available to Chamber members only that give your business incredible exposure to the business community. \n\n\n\n*We will NOT be sending invoices for these events until we are certain mitigation measures will be lifted and events will be able to return to normal in 2022. Should you receive a hosting spot\, you are reserving your event/month for the time being. If we are allowed to hold the event and you cancel your reservation for any reason other than pandemic mitigations\, you will still be responsible for the hosting fee.\n\n\n\nCall Lindsay Quick to reserve your 2022 date starting at 9:00 a.m.\n\n\n\n\n\nIn order to make this process as fair as possible\, we have set up a direct voicemail system to track calls as they come in. \n\n\n\nOn Monday\, March 8\, beginning at 9:00 a.m.\, please call 217-531-4239 and leave a voicemail with the following information: \n\n\n\n  Name \n\n  Business \n\n  Phone Number \n\n  What you would like to reserve (Example: Business After Hours\, March) \n\n\n\nLindsay will return calls in the order that they were received until all months are filled for 2022. \n\n\n\nOther Information: \n\n\n	Reservations will be taken on a first call\, first serve basis via phone call ONLY.\n	*No walk-ins\, emails or early phone calls will be accepted.
