While the CDC guidelines are changing daily\, we have designed this event using feedback from our membership survey. Our goal is to make it a 'comfortable' experience for the varying comfort levels of our guests. Therefore\, the program will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the format of theater-style seating. Boxed lunches will be available at the conclusion of the program to take with you.\n\n \n\nThe recipient of the ATHENA Award demonstrates excellence\, creativity and initiative in his or her business or profession\; provides valuable service by devoting time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community\; and assists women in reaching their full leadership potential.\n\n \n\nThis year's luncheon will also present the ATHENA Young Professional Award . This award is given to an emerging leader who strives toward the highest levels of personal and professional accomplishment and serves as a role model for young women. This award is sponsored by past recipients of the ATHENA Award .\n\n \n\nThe 2021 ATHENA Award program is sponsored by the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce and Spherion Staffing Services. \n LOCATION:I Hotel and Conference Center Complying with all CDC\, University and State guidelines\, a mask will be required to enter the building and must be worn when in public areas\, such as\, lobby spaces\, hallways\, restrooms\, etc or in any situation where it may not be possible to fully adhere to 6 foot social distancing. Based on the latest guidelines\, it is required that all patrons wear a mask during any interaction with wait staff\, food service workers and other employees throughout the facility.
