The recipient of the ATHENA Award  demonstrates excellence\, creativity and initiative in his or her business or profession\; provides valuable service by devoting time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community\; and assists women in reaching their full leadership potential.\n\nThis year's luncheon will also present the ATHENA Young Professional Award  recipient is Laura Gerhold. This award is given to an emerging leader who strives toward the highest levels of personal and professional accomplishment and serves as a role model for young women. This award is sponsored by past recipients of the ATHENA Award .\n\nThe 2020 ATHENA Award  luncheon is sponsored by the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce and Spherion Staffing Services. The recipient's lapel pin is provided by Busey Wealth Management.\n\nThe luncheon will be at 12:00 pm on Thursday\, February 20\, 2020. Doors will open and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The cost to attend is $34 for members and $46 for non-members.\n\n\n\nReserved tables of 8 may be purchased for the event. The price for a table is $325 for members and $525 for non-members. \n\n\n\nShould you need special accommodations\, please contact the Chamber. \n\n\n\nRegistration and cancellation deadline is Friday\, February 14\, 2019 by 5:00 p.m.\n\n\n\n*When registering\, please list any dietary restrictions in the comments.
